Information according to § 5 German Telemedia Act (TMG) and § 18 MStV.

Offering

D3 Chain operates the technical service “d3 Vault” at d3vault.eu to deposit a copy of digital product passports (hash, RFC 3161 timestamp, public resolve URL). The service is aimed at operators of third-party DPP systems and at self-hosting. Customers of d3 Passport or d3 Battery cannot use Vault as an independent copy. The software is kept aligned with current requirements. D3 Chain does not provide legal advice and gives no warranty for Art. 10(4) ESPR, certification as a DPP service provider, or full regulatory conformity of individual passports. Customers remain responsible for content, accuracy and legal classification of the passport data they submit.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
