Technical deposit · no delegated-act status
Use
d3 Vault stores a copy of a digital product passport, hashes and timestamps it. That is a backup for passports whose primary system is not a D3 platform (not d3 Passport, not d3 Battery).
This does not fulfil Art. 10(4) ESPR today. There is no certified DPP service provider because the delegated act is missing. No EU seal, no trustee GmbH.
Passport data is only stored and made available to authorised parties. Sale, aggregation or other use beyond that purpose does not take place (Art. 11(2) ESPR as a yardstick, not as a certificate).
Ingest with a primary system on d3passport.com, d3dpp.com, d3bpass.com or d3bpp.com is refused.
